why are all those cars on Slovak plates? it confuses me so , because i don't think the owners are Slovak. Can someone explain?

This and registering on Czech plates goes together. By registering your company in that country you pay lower taxes and often you don't have to pay the excise. On super cars you can potentially save up to 100k dollars, if not more.
