Hello Carspotting_Whit_Mario, if you're in Romania right now, especially in Bucharest, I recommend you these next places to visit if you wanna spot some cool cars: Soseaua Nordului, Herastrau, Aviatorilor, Dorobanti, Piata Victoriei, Calea Victoriei, Pipera.. This is all I know and all I have visited and I was never disappointed. Have a fun stay in Romania!
