Another year of carspotting has passed, many first for me including one hell of a trip over to the US. This is spot number #3000 i upload on this site so i wanted to make it a special one. This is only the second unique model of the Monte Carlo Automobile that has been spotted so far. Not much to find about the model itself but the company was founded in 1983 by a man called Fulvio Maria Ballabio. There is not a lot of activity surrounding the brand and the official website is listed for sale so that is never a good sign. There is however one car for sale, chassis nr 3 is being listed for 350,000 euro's in the UK for whoever fancy's one. It also sports the alfa romeo green clover (quadrifoglio) so i am assuming it has alfa romeo engine.

@ jasper1 Happy New Year, Jasper. What an achievement to post up 3,000 spots! The overall time and commitment can only be done by a true car guy. Not to mention having the opportunity to spot in some very cool locations. Congrats, mate. This car is a great choice for this huge milestone.

Episch spotje! Heb hem eerder voorbij zien komen. Dit is zo'n typisch once in a lifetime spotje. Tof dat je research hebt gedaan. Dat is altijd het mooiste als je zo'n uniek ding spot. Onderzoeken wat het is. Zeer verdiende SVDD!

@hardstyler Thanks! Hij was volgens mij door best wat mensen gespot de korte tijd dat die daar stond, Inerdaad zoiets dat je waarschijnlijk nooit meer tegen gaat komen.
