Gorgeous Ad Personam SV!!! If I'm correct those are dealer plates ;). The car is supposed to be on display at Lamborghini Beverly Hills.

Very common in California. When you buy or lease a car you don't have to put a plate on the car for 90 days (some pull it off to do it even longer). So the dealer delivers the car with a plate that promotes their business. In other states you get a temporary tag that you have to display on the back of the car, not in Cali. Even a dealer has to place a dealer tag in other states, not in Cali.
